For this job the mold was made on site at Tewksbury Town Hall. The town seal was molded and then recast with reinforced plaster. The newly cast seal was then given a spell check, and a new paint job. The new seal was then reinstalled in the newly remodeled town hall meeting room.

For this project a high relief sculpture was created in clay of the Monster.com logo character. A mold was made from the clay master from which 2 hollow plastic castings were created. The plastic castings were then painted to match the original 2D logo. The final castings were shipped and installed in different office locations.

For this project a 10’ high Monster.com logo character prop was created. The sculpture was originally installed at the Monster.com headquarters in Maynard MA.

For this project 5’ high Monster.com logo character props were created. The sculptures were designed to be easily disassembled and reassembled for shipping and installation. The sculptures were shipped to different Monster.com office locations in the US and Europe. To date a total of 18 of these sculptures have been made.

For this job 3 separate architectural elements were repaired and molded. New reinforced cement castings were made to replace the damaged sections of the architectural ornamentation.

For these two projects molds were taken from existing window headers. The molds were then used to create hand layup fiber reinforced cement castings. The final castings were used to replace the damaged window headers.

To create this sculpture a full scale clay model was created. From the model a 2 piece mold was made. The final sculpture was cast in fiber reinforced cement, using the had layup method. The sculpture is bolted to an exterior wooden framed box. H,5”xW,47”xD,28” The box can be filled with gravel, bricks, or sand to create addition weight. This added weight is added to deter and prevent unwanted movement of the sculpture.

Before a lightweight plastic casting of this sculpture could be made, a full scale clay model was created. A silicone mold was then made from the clay model. Each casting from the mold is then custom painted.

The Hockey and Football trophies were created for the Boston Latin School as mementos to be sold at the school store. The sculptures are cast in high density plaster and given a painted bronze patina. Each trophy is then attached to a wood base with a purple lacquered finish. The trophy base is then customized with applied vinyl lettering.

This high relief wall mounted sculpture plays with the concept of linear perspective, as the characters appear to dance off of the curved vertical surface. The sculpture also doubles as a water fountain. A stream of water flows from the fire hydrant behind the characters and down into a recycle chamber.
